Welcome to JumpBunch of Montgomery County/Northern Virginia

What is JumpBunch®? JumpBunch® is a year-round sports and fitness program for children taught by our trained coaches in daycare centers, preschools, kindergarten classes and after-school programs. JumpBunch® is an exceptional, “physical education” addition to your curriculum! The JumpBunch® philosophy is to build confidence, instill healthy habits early and teach sports through constant encouragement in a nurturing, non-competitive environment.

Why JumpBunch®? Obesity has increased among young children in epidemic proportions, making structured exercise a vital part of every child’s development. JumpBunch® fosters life-long, positive attitudes toward fitness, sports and health. We make a healthy life-style fun!

How JumpBunch® Works: A trained coach will come to your school, daycare center or other facility weekly. Coaches are equipped with age-appropriate sports activities, safe equipment and the skills needed to ensure that children learn while having fun. All activities are designed to develop eye/hand coordination, large and fine motor skills, muscle mass and body balance.

Classes can be tailored for preschool or school-age children. Preschool classes are typically 30 minutes. School-age classes are typically 45 minutes.

JumpBunch® Activities: JumpBunch® offers 70 different activities. Examples include: Basketball…Soccer…Rhythm Sticks…Obstacle Courses…Polo…Lacrosse…Golf…Relay Races…Paddle Games…Step Aerobics…Tee Ball…Balance Mats…And so much more!

How to Get JumpBunch®: Bring JumpBunch® to your preschool, daycare center, kindergarten class or after-school program today! Since it’s inception in 1997, hundreds of thousands of children have participated in JumpBunch® and they love it! We will be happy to tailor a JumpBunch® program to meet your needs.

Cost: Daycares or schools can pay for JumpBunch® or it can be offered directly to parents as an additional activity they may choose for their children. Please call us to discuss cost and class options.
